If you put the element in a div and the div has the text-align: center while the element you want to center has display: inline-block it should work

Curious why does LocaleUtils.toLocale("aa") not throw an error? When on the oracle website oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/java8locales-2095355.html there is no language with aa . Is that a wrong way to verify if my string is a valid locale ?

I'm reading someone else's code, and they have (nameofobject).process. Is there a built in method of processing something called process, or did they make up that method? I cannot find out what the process is referencing.

That should bring you to the declaration of the method/object/class/variable
