the main problem with rails is that it tries to force this MVC model on you which makes no sense, is coupled to persistence (activerecord), and in the end there's no real place to put your business logic.
anyway, since it's coupled to persistence you cannot really put logic in your active record models, so you put it in bloated controllers and make your model anemic. and you're unable to unit test any of it. yay.
(I wanted to check if he did indeed work on that rails app, but the server on which I have it became unresponsive as I SSH'ed to it, which is anoying, considering I'm one of a few admins of that server)
Support was really awesome, 2-3 min replies, until I couldn't access my account... and they've sent me new password, but account is empty, no domains or anything.
Is there any way for me to differentiate between traits and classes in my autoload function? Say I have a folder of classes and a folder of traits; it would be nice to be able to do something like...

I'm merging in a remote branch that may have a lot of conflicts. How can I tell if it will have conflicts or not?
I don't see anything like a --dry-run on git-merge.
Well I have no real clue as to why this is, but i suspect it might have something to do with how the assignment is evaluated/processed. For fun I tried this and it resulted in another incorrect behaviour:
$arr = array('A', 'B', 'C', 'D');
function itm($val) {
return current($val);
}
foreach...
