@SineLaboreNihil you could query your database using the (umm) date_format() function of MySQL (if it is mysql) and find all the years and then start building your "menu" using that.. a few extra queries.

or you can query your entire database, and include another column select *, date_format(....) as year and then build your array based on year

@SineLaboreNihil Please, don't use mysql_* functions in new code. They are no longer maintained and are officially deprecated. See the red box? Learn about prepared statements instead, and use PDO or MySQLi - this article will help you decide which. If you choose PDO, here is a good tutorial.

@daugaard47 yea we added a var_dump($someVariable). You should look up var_dump at the php manual. It spits out the type and value of a variable .. and abit more. It should stop the script when it hits die;
So now you can see that you are trying to compare NULL == "someString" which is always false

the variable $thisPage probably has never been declared.

you will need to loop through them using a while statement (I will use regular mysql since you have it)

Using recurring events stored in a MySQL database, is it going to be faster to use a MySQL query that returns the rows in the order I need (they have to be outputted within other normal dated rows) or to handle that part in PHP?

When I import a table as .csv into phpmyadmin any value over 100 gets imported as 99.9999999, for example if I have a value 273.826534 this will get rounded to 99.999999

There's also people saying that using HHVM makes composer 5 times faster - which also makes very little sense on the face of it.

It might be a different plugin, it could be because you updated, it could be because your client was going in there changing stuff around because they think they know better.

Hell, it might be that once in a lifetime actual bug in your computer
