I mean, what is the thinking like - make the HTML, create the datase or "the thing for what I want to do in the databse", write the PHP to connect that?

how does the thinking look in 3D, like when you write something like wordpress script

I most likely do this:
1) What is the project about?
2) What is needed to accomplish the project
3) Write out idea's for the project
4) Stripe off what you do not require but is a nice have.
and now at this moment I start thinking about the database.

If I have something related to accessing parts of the script with permissions.
What do I need to know?
Well I need a user which has specific permissions
How do I want those permissions to be setup? are these permissions always the same for a number of groups or can the permissions be tweaked for a specific user?

@mega6382 - "all the effort will be wasted because this was not in the manuals"; not really, when I started reading these things and doing practical examples this was harder to go over than it is now; I can probably do like 40 days of learning and longer hours instead of the 20 that I was doing like almost a year ago

so there is an improvement

and if I am able to go over more faster (better efficiency) I am learning more too, faster

so I will be even better and faster and more efficient after a shorter period of time

If a user only has 1 group but a group has multiple users....
The user_group is a field for the user FK'ed to group.
