This code is all sorts of confusing.. why does it work in every compiler except GCC and MSVC? 🤔

Every time I am connecting some electrical/electronic circuit and turn on the power/connecting it to the power source, I always suspect that something will explode or burn.

Rats have eaten 2/3 of our sweet potato crop. We were not there most of the times, didn't notice it until almost harvest. Neighbours cat has been camping near the sweet potato field, hoping she is catching all the rats .. where were the foxes when you need them?!
