@Griwes I took the whole conversation into account. He's entitled, thinks he knows everything and people can't be teaching him stuff. His last comment superficially seemed to contradict that. But you know, that's just the words. It's the attitude that counts for me (he's probably to lame to word it correctly. After all, he doesn't break down: he states "I'm not having it because X". Not a victim)
