Google's new photo scan app is awesome for scanning documents.

@SotiriosDelimanolis Not sure that really applies. They're asking how to find a particular version of a package, not a recommendation of a package

The difference being it's not a subjective question, and is a question about the tooling

I'd argue it depends on the context. If it's using a package manager, it could be a question about the package manger itself. In comparison with 'where do I find the website for xyzlib'?

@QPaysTaxes I think the point is that if the notification is about a suggested edit that has not completed yet, and we complete it, then the notification is no longer needed

however, if the notification is about a completed suggested edit where we should look into the aftermath, that's something else
