theoretically you don't need a huge cash injection to start a bank, but you wouldn't be able to sell loans without it. you could run just current accounts for a while and try to make a bit of money on investing customer money, enough to start opening up some loans and whatnot (cos that's where the real cash is)

Those were the right decisions, we made half a million in total because of those decisions. Yes, leverage ... at the right time. Have a finance prograd degree and being top 1 percent in maths surely helps.
