I've been there, several times

on one side of the fence we have a user who promises to play nice with the room rules and culture. on the other side of the fence the same user has promised this multiple times before and in every occurrence has caused trouble enough to be muted and as consequence the room has been in turmoil discussing it. He might be trying to help, but at the same time he hasn't ever shown that his promises will be kept. #my two cents
