It's quite simple really. You just send a push message to the device from your PC, handle it in a task responder on the device, transform it to a SMS, and send it. It's really EXTREMELY roundabout since you can just SMS via a telephone back-end (they are super cheaply accessible via API online)

@Mathematics Yes. If you don't have source for it, and it throws a NullReferenceException, it's displayed like you see it now.
