Sometimes a question is asked that gets alot of attention and great answers, but was already asked a year ago but didn't get attention then, in such cases it makes sense to close the older one as dupe of the newer

the postgone appears to have the distinct disadvantage that the SmokeDetector report remains in my scrollback buffer, causing me to waste time on visiting posts which have already been handled

@Thaillie It's like gone, except you should use it when only the post is deleted, in contrast to gone, where you should use it when both the post and the poster are nuked from orbit.

but but but, would it not be better to allow people to use "gone" and specify a different, better command for saying "the spammer is gone, too"? I assume most users here will be hard to retrain, and not having the message disappear from the chat transcript is a distinct usability disadvantage

When you review Suggested Edits, is there a way to filter only edits made to tags (wiki or excerpt)?

I notice that I reject 95% of the time such edits because it either lacks usage guidance or is a plagiarism. I'd like to spend those 20 votes effectively.
