@Magisch I've got 4 weeks mandatory in addition to the official holidays (which I think make up another 5 days) but they don't have to be uninterrupted

@Seth Yeah its bad but it is manageable. If it was -50 then it would be bad because most antifreeze in cars would be frozen which could be disastrous for the motor/radiator.
