I remember ~15 years ago or more we used to get a shitload more snow than we do now

my grandfather has a second story balcony and the snow was upto that. you could walk from the second story straight out onto the snowbank

(ofc drifts played a role in that)

last year i saw a classy guy going to work with suitcase and everything, jumping off his window at first floor, because the snow covered the ground floor entirely :D
