Robbed liquor stored, attacked reporters, stole cars to burn, threw cinderblock at police and firemen, and even went as far as taking a knife to a firemans hose so they couldn't save a burning building

They mayor completely fucked this up. Told the cops not to intervene. They showed amazing restraint against people shooting at them (yes, some bullets) and taunted them by speeding cars at the riot line and stopping
