@SomeKittens It can be frustrating. Sometimes I'll be having a conversation with someone and they'll say something so ignorant, so matter-of-factly, I think "do you really think this way?" So I challenge myself to speak in a way that will allow them to answer that question without getting defensive and turning away from the topic.

@SomeKittens Honestly, I don't think everyone should write tests, especially UI tests, which seem to have no value to me. However, if he agreed to write tests, he should at least attempt to do so when he has time or explain, rationally, why he doesn't feel like they are important.
