Hey guys, I have a quick git question -- say there's a remote branch (branch A) and it has a commit on it (commit 1). Me and another user both have local copies of Branch A / Commit 1. If I made some changes, did git commit --amend and git push --force, what would show up for the other user if he does git fetch or git pull on Branch A? Would it update to the "amended" changes?

if he hasn't made changes on the same file (no conflict) yes it would get the updates, you don't need --force tho

yeah assume he has not made any modifications of his own, but it just trying to sync with my changes
