@NickDugger requestAnimationFrame should only animate, use a separate loop in a setInterval for app logic. The two should be decoupled.

It would be in a loop, so yeah, I want it to continuosly cycle through 1-60.

@NickDugger a good rule of thumb is that if it depends on time, it doesn't belong in the render loop. Anything moving depends on time.
