Hey.
What would be your first thought upon receiving data from a socket you just sent, where all fields are basically empty?
I send an object with an array containing 5 items. The de-serialized one is empty at the other end. What gives?

Also, it seems that the InputStream reads the same object every time.
Not sure why.
I sent 100, the first gets printed 100 times on the receiving end, while it should have changed. Something weird there.
Found the issue. For some reason writeObject(this) doesn't send the updated this. Tf?

should i uninstall jdk 7u45? its from 2013, so its been awhile

Oracle stopped updating Java 7 last year so yes.
