@ColdFire so here might be an innocent angle. I have a list of qid's I closed (say dupe hammer). A url to it somewhere. A well defined begin end block or something. 1 line each is a question id. I thing say @SpyBot track url. SpyBot goes out, gets them, gets the closeDate and userId. If that userId asks another question in 4 hours I get pinged with url1 url2
