Part of that would be tracking what accuracy you do have. Something like metasmoke would be awesome

I might suggest tracking whether they're deleted within x days

Although that's not as accurate as it is with spam. NAA flags can sit for days

meeh you are pretty quick to remove'em we could also do an effort to provide feedback, or find a quicker way to flag''em from chat...
