I top out at 160 km/h in optimal conditions, but usually prefer to stick to the 130 km/h limit. Have an uncle who is like Bartek in that regard, almost died multiple times in car crashes.

In Italy we tried 110 and 150, didn't work out for different reasons (although when the 110 limit was set, we had record low number of accidents), 130 somewhat works - even though people break it all the time

OTOH if the limit was 150 they would drive 200
