I've found "explicit instantiation" and I've also read in the accepted answer: stackoverflow.com/questions/1724036/… that .h files aren't actually compiled. It seems "logical" to me that explicit instantiation is compiled and will work faster than implicit one, but can't find a comparison anywhere. Is this the case?
