how do i get logging to work on android phone? i use Log.i( tagString, messageString ) with android.util.Log, but my message (from Activity.onCreate) doesn't seem to appear in Eclipse's LogCat-view?

A: Underscores, names and literal operators

Alright, I checked back with Richard Smith from the Clang team, and the _W part in your literal operator is indeed a seperate preprocessor token which will get expanded if it names a macro. This is in accordance with the standard subclauses 2.5, where an identifier is a preprocessor-token, and 2....

Having an easy way to contact someone who's on the committee and a compiler team is pretty helpful. :)
