@Shubhank well, BootStrap 3 is the most popular and default framework for responsive design that I'm aware of. If you're working with a team, or plan to hand over to others, you might need to use it. Not to mention that it's easy to prototype.

the last project I worked on, they were bundled together (but that was with BackboneJS)

I'm trying to understand how the frontend and backend are deployed.....i.e. developed & deployed as a single entity or as separate services? @meagar

ah.....lucky! I like front end development if someone already has all the graphics figured out. If I have to pick out the colors and locations and how the presentation should work best, that'll take eternity
