tl;dr Using query params is not a 100% solution. There are basically two problems when using the asset pipeline: Making sure your resources get cached when you want them to Invalidating the cache when you rev the file. Query string params will sometimes cause networks or browsers not to cach...

@AkashSharma yup, you just create records containing a unique ID given to you by the company wanting to verify you

e.g. a unique ID from Google

Google will then check your DNS records, if it matches your domain is verified

i.e. they almost know for sure that you're the same person owning the Google account and the domain

it already got answered. there's standard PHP (PHP 5) functionality that allows you to check DNS records

you shouldn't use CNAME records though

use DNS_TXT

that allows them to store a piece of text (a unique ID) without changing any important DNS configs

you just fetch the ID using dns_get_record()

I didn't think of the "system" pages like the admin panel when I designed the system so I figured it would be simple to just make entries to the database for the admin panel and such that would say "include this file". But it just prints the php tag and its contents to the page

just create separate files for your admin panel pages

and create header/footer files for the common stuff

$index is now 4.

note the function returns indices so it might return 0

so..

@microsoftarmy I don't see how you could redirect to a private address. It wouldn't be accessible from the client. You could get the data from B and display it at A if A can see B. But if the client can't see B then redirecting it there won't work?
