yeah yoga is great for staying in shape

I'd recommend yoga to everyone though, it's honestly amazing

I'm not a fan of running either haha I recently tried getting back into it, gone on maybe 8 runs in the past 3 weeks or somethin

after like 10 years of no running

felt pretty good

If I start jogging here everyone will stop to ask me if I need lift or if something is on fire that I am rushing towards

I also don't like going to the gym

If you ever wanna try yoga, this 30 day yoga challenge was amazing for starting (I didn't do it every day for 30 days, you can do it on your own time)

and my muscles were real sore, but yeah this girl would typically do like 3-4 hard days, then 1 easy day that was more like meditation

and yeah it's less boring when you're watching a pretty girl in yoga pants do those poses

and you can do it in the comfort of your home, highly recommend

I was super hesitant myself and then did a few days of it and was like damn this is pretty sweet
