I think that video goes through changing all the GUIDs of your hardware to make it not seem virtual, and the devices etc
alternatively get a second keyboard and mouse, get an adapter to hook them up to your phone, and place your phone directly under your monitor
use the second keyboard/mouse for googling shit during the test on the phone
I'm assuming they webcam you and track eye movements, so they'll seem natural
although if they can hear u typing and clicking with no input on your screen then maybe they'll know too lol but you can probably tweak a solution like that to work
