I have question that when app language is English and try to I get getDisplayName() then it will return "India Standard Time" but when I change the app language and try to get then it will return different value ?

I mean if I change language from English to Swedish then it will return Swedish name but I want that in English, so let me know is it possible ?

no I never played Civ before

it's got quite a learning curve

not sure if I got the plat edition or just the base game

I missed when it was free on epic games but got it before the summer sale on a different sale it was like $15

Yeah those games all definitely have a learning curve, they're quite fun once you get in the swing of it though

we got it via epic, but later bought the plat edition on steam (friend and I) cause it was cheap af and had all the DLCs

yeah that's fair, the DLCs on the Civ games are almost always a must

I usually start with the base game and then get the DLCs a bit later since they add new mechanics and stuff and it makes the learning curve worse, but if they're cheap I'll always get em

pretty sad you have to watch like 20hours of youtube tutorials to get a basic understanding of the game

the in game tutorial is so fucking shallow

yeah man, strategy games are the worst for that sometimes

I recently got Stellaris and it was similar but probably 5x-10x worse, it was ridiculous..

by the time I felt like I understood the game finally I had like 60hours into it

I'm only doing it cause my friend likes the game alot (I do too) and it's fun to play together

I tried to get my friends that I play civ into it and they bought it and all gave up after 5-10 hours lol

yeah it's a fun turn-based warfare kind of game, the multiplayer looks really interesting

I've been finding that the price for single bedrooms right now is pretty messed up .. like 1900-2200 area, and the price for 1 bed + 1 den + 2 bathrooms has been like .. 2000-2500

This guy was asking for $2400/month, and I've ended up talking him down to the same price as a one bedroom

got him down to $2050/month

my rent right now is $1780, so I get a nice den + bathroom upgrade for the extra $300 a month I'll be paying so I actually feel pretty good rn

My place is a ... (gosh you count in square feet ) 370 sq ft? Like, kitchen right next to the bed, 300m from work, 1500$. My colleague/friend is downtown, he had twice that for 1800 plus lots of conveniences in the building

My most likely outcome is that my rent was going to go up ~$300 and the size of my place was going to substantially go down (I got really really lucky with this place as well that I'm moving out of)

I think the new place is around 900 sq ft

the one I'm in now is around 750 or so

most one bedrooms and even some of the 1+dens I was looking at were like .... 400-600 sq ft area lol
