Don't really feel like writing the whole thing out..but constantly making excuses to get me to come over to her, talking about me all the time to people, coworkers have started to notice and talk to me about it cross-departmentally, she gets jealous when I spend more time with other people than I do with her, etc
She's done everything soo passively that I can't outright reject her, because she hasn't really made it overtly obvious to me.. if people haven't told me how bad it actually is, I wouldn't know
But I'll help someone with a problem and she'll say shit like "Well if bB wasn't so busy flirting with X instead of doing his job, then Y"
So I gotta go to HR just in case I reject her and she goes on some tirade to get me fired or starts making more outrageous comments
Yes, TextUtils.isEmpty(string) is preferred.
For string.isEmpty(), a null string value will throw a NullPointerException
TextUtils will always return a boolean value.
In code, the former simply calls the equivalent of the other, plus a null check.

@ballBreaker sounds tricky, part of me doesn't like reporting things to management about colleagues I prefer to settle things amicably, but there is a risk that she's not really ok in the head in which case they need to be aware of it

@MehdiB. Well since it wasn't a formal complaint they can't really do anything on their own about it. I told them not to. But they suggested I talk with her myself about it, which is what I was going to do anyways
Basically invite her for a chat in a meeting room and casually tell her I'm not interested lol
@Graeme i disagree, that would just escalate it and make the complaint formal depending on how his manager decides to handle it

because it could be turned around if she claims you wrongly assumed her intents... maybe tell her how you don't appreciate the snarky remarks she says about you, and that it's unprofessional
