I was looking at condos in NYC and they're insane, like a million dollars for something tiny and then you're paying 1000/month for the HOA and another 1000 for property tax anyway

@eski Yes, I crashed with a friend because he was already living there and we wanted to be roommates. Since he only had 4 months left on the lease, we decided to suck it up and share the studio until the lease was up and then move.

anyway, if you're serious about considering it. A lot of California overflow tech is moving to Phoenix for the lower costs for just about everything

so tech in general is rapidly growing here and there's a good amount of jobs already
