MySQL on MySQL Workbench, how do I copy the results from a query for something that looks pretty on SO is if I want to post as a portion of a Q or A? Anyone?

I'm working with MySQL Workbench and just want to paste the results from a grid view result set.

I thought there was a way to copy the results to a table like in command line separated by pipes and such
