@QPaysTaxes I meant humidity of the air, If you have a hairline crack in the PCB, it can still run fine in humid air, as that can transport the high frequency. Also the Epoxy of the PCB takes some humidity, which lets it grow and widen the crack. So if you have dry air, the gap can be closed, but if humidity rises (and the box cools down), the crack widens.

my take on the concept of markdown and policies is just part of a user's general confusion of thought process. The problem is not that they lack knowledge of the site or making pretty questions. The problem is that in general, in English, they cannot supply info and describe the problem.

It occurs if there is a deleted answer, if the user is 10k+ and if there is an ad on the side bar. I'm not able to get the third condition atm, I'll add a comment on the stack apps post once I repro the bug

Looks like SO has decreased ads on the side bar. I clicked 40 of my helpful flags on deleted answers and none of the pages had an ad. :/

Once you get the reduced ads privilege the system reduces the frequency at which you're shown ads.
