@MadaraUchiha I'm wondering if a question like "What is the difference between 'clearfix' and the clear property?" would be useful. Seems like a lot of people get the two mixed up, no thanks to float layouts being such a pain. But it's already 2016 and people are just getting started moving to flexbox, so... I don't know if it would be useful

I am developing asp.net applcation and its run fine in IE or chrome but showing above error in firebug

So I have this question about html elements. As I understand it I can add a "custom" property to any element <input type="test" myProperty="3" />

If I inspect the element the property is there. But I don't know how to reach the property from .js

@Markus "custom" properties must be prefixed with data- in order to be valid (eg. <input data-myProperty="3" />).

Hmm, didn't really work as expected... according to the manual it should be possible to add data with $('#myElem').data('myProp', 3) and then retrieve it with $('#myElem').data('myProp'). Now I don't have the $('#myElem') instead I have a elemCollection.each(function(index, obj){test = obj.data('myProp');...}

@cimmanon i develop some front page and i asked how is this few times .so chat users said it's not good .then i edit a existing page by inspector .and still people say it's not good.so actually this is a test .@cimmanon do you have a portfolio ?

and I get a obj.data is not a function
