In which i want to read a CSV through java program and put it into mongodb collection.
My csv structure is
Id,Fname,Lname,contact number,address

@gunr2171 sure, you can argue that. The comments were unrelated to the question. But there should be a record of them (deleted comments aren't visible to anyone, they are just gone forever) or a notification/delete reason
my only thought is that because the question was closed the comments were then not relevant anymore. It could have been left as a record or it could have been removed. I don't know.
I realized something curious recently: that the AJAX backend feature that lets moderators view deleted comments also works for any users with the "access to moderator tools" privilege (10k+ rep on graduated sites, 4k+ on beta sites). There's no official user interface to it (that I know of), but...
No, 10k+ users cannot read deleted comments, so a deleted comment is as good as gone.
The comments do, however, still exist in the database and ♦ moderators can read them and see who deleted them should an issue arise.
No, they are not.
(Until mid 2011 moderators could not see them either, but nowadays they can see deleted comments if they ask for them specially; they're hidden normally.)

No, 10k+ users cannot read deleted comments, so a deleted comment is as good as gone.
