I saw regret about Tomalak being in charge, and that fit my experience with him from the time I was active here. Add to this the statements I linked to, and I didn't think he should stay an owner. What of that would you see a "lashing out"?

I was weary about putting the puppy back in charge, and in the end I just forgot about him, :-/ Apart from these two, I just tried to put back everybody I thought seemed a regular.

@Shog9 wouldn't the same system still work? If you make a room, you own it, if you want to grant ownership to someone else, you can. The only thing I'd say you would want to separate is that special power of controlling who has 'owner tools' for a room.
