On Windows, layered windows are more advanced windows, that can have better animations, graphics, etc. But they flicker HEAPS.

@HITMAN especially when you start systems dev , its hard to get it configured for windows. For example GNU GRUB is not available for Windows

@HITMAN because almost all the libraries are found in Linux , and might not be in Windows . Plus , its a pain in the ass to get set up to program in windows . Plus the command line in Windows sucks .. i can continue on lol
