Luckily I had the html of the knitted output open and I could copy/paste into a new document. Getting things under version control as we speak.

And it's kinda sorta my fault for allowing myself to run move function on a list of files that were collected using pattern idat. Name of the analysis markdown file included word val_idat_ion.

@Sotos Yeah, that's not the problem. The problem was not thoroughly inspecting the code before running. :)
