We had 13 confirmed cases yesterday!

For the past 2 months we had 2-5 every day

@Cath I hear you. I am going for 3 days in a hotel in limassol and all the covid cases were reported from that city! I can't cancel because they will charge me anyway.

At least we are outsourcing the kids to my in-laws :P

they almost got a vaccine and I heard some treatments with interferon may work on acute cases

True. Plus they are talking about having a vaccine ready in a couple of months

Does anyone know if there is some possibility to catch function input before it is parsed? It would be very nice if we could create a function that when called as foo(18495608239531729) returns "18495608239531729". I don't think it's possible due to how the REPL works, but maybe those rlang people have found a way?

@Roland why would foo(x) {x <- as.character(x); x} not be suitable?
