then, I got a splinter in my finger... quite big... about 1.5mm thick and 1cm into my finger
I went over to the person who has a first aid kit and some certification of which I dont know the english name, and we cleaned it and tried to pull it out.
at that moment, I felt a little bit light headed...

It doesn't have to be a psychological reaction, could be physical. People can also randomly pass out when blood is taken, for example, even if they're okay with seeing blood etc.

she had the mental faculties to try to understand what was going on as it was happening

there is a part of our brains which deals with "self" and she wasn't getting any blood to that area of her brain

We use Telegram and Teams due to lack of Fuze functionality on different projects, however they aren't as powerful as one might need.

telegram has a crappy interface in desktop, requires a mobile phone linked to it, doesn't make it easy to work on several projects.

Teams is pretty cool as far as I've seen, but I wonder if the company still hasn't pushed that one further, since they already have it available and all employees have a 365 account...

The on-premise idea is to avoid data leaking outside the company.

also having full control over the infrastructure will grant better control over everything, in case someone wants to go into detail.

In my current company, I learned how to use git. Never used it before. Now, people from my team come to me when something goes wrong or they're not sure about something.

Put this in your git config:

core.editor="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Notepad++\\notepad++.exe" -multiInst -notabbar -nosession -noPlugin

This makes it launch a completely seperate npp instance when needed, e.g. for rebaes

ok fixed the typo but ti was then giving me permission denied error and so I had to run the git bash as admin and it worked!

a lot of problem can be solved by cleaning solution, closing vs, restarting computer and restarting vs

So I got this client server application. Client is undetermined: I'm currently building a blazor client for it, then there's a wpf client that is like not gonna be used ever, then there may be an android app some time.
The server has a WebAPI with http methods, and websockets. Both ways are gonna be used, since I need the clients to get live updates.
WebAPI and Websockets are currently in different projects. The Database is wired into the project that has teh websockets.
What should I do? Copy the webapi into the websocket project and add all the stuff to the Program.cs/Startup.cs? Have the…
