Hi Guys, I am looking at bringing charts into my mvc app. I have this MSDN link. I don't like the approach used in the section about using a DB query, so I gather the data in an ActionResult, save the chart object in my model and then in my view call the .Write() method on my chart.

However when calling the .Write() I get a System.NotSupportedException: Specified method is not supported has anyone come across this before? Do I need to change my approach?

question - you have a restful web api that uses EF to expose a database. When a concurrency conflict is detected, the EF code throws an exception - how do you relay this error back to the client since its expecting JSON for a specific object from IHttpActionResult?

Does client need to A - handle both cases (error and expected object) , B - embed an error property in the object or some other option

I've got a database with the tables WIDGETS and SPOKES. Each spoke has one widget, and each widget has many spokes. If I model these tables with NHibernate, is it reasonable to assume that the a Widget insance's Iesi.Collections.Generic.ISet<Spoke> spokes attribute will never contain a null?

I'm not sure how "smart" NHibernate tries to be with circular references during a delete operation. If widget A owns Spoke B, and I delete B, what happens to A.spokes? Is it one element smaller? Is it the same size, and now has a reference to a Spoke object that's no longer in the DB? Is it the same size, but it now contains a null?

@AvnerShahar-Kashtan nope. It's an indirect call for a subscribed Services. Each event have their unique commands. The command parameter is the event identifier in this case.
