@TomW reviewing the information you provided and information I found, I used this guide (c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/97fc7a/…) and found it to be a good foundation to build off of. I tested it and things are running well so far in debug. I think my next step is to figure out how to deploy it/or whatever I need to do to have it run (not in debug mode) so I request against the api while I'm in debug mode with my mobile app.
