@NobodyNada I've now added code so now a user can opt in for only a tag. For example, if a user runs opt in [c] they will get pings only for reports with the tag [c].

@NobodyNada I've added the original list of tags manually into filters.json. Just copy the new tags into your local copy, and then the tag filter is good to go
