@KenHui from my point, this should be a Q&A, however, the client requires another Q&A part in the app (with static questions and answers to view, like a HELP brochure), the bbs-like part is for users to communicate and admins could reply to the potential questions. so i guess it's like mobile-rodie's fans wall, where fans could post their ideas, yet they are not able to reply to specific persons.

What do we have to do in the following case:
The company has set no standards for project execution. There are no protocols. No coding conventions to follow. My fellow team mates write unindented code. They are lazy and its proved from the fact that they declare variables like NSString *s = ... No best practices are followed by them. Coding is done as if the project is just to be ended. Its not fun to work with them. There is no encouragement.
