O C++ 2011 standard. This support is currently experimental, and must be enabled with the -std=c++11 or -std=gnu++11 compiler options.
I think I have to use RUSTFLAGS to pass one of those -std=c++11 or -std=gnu++11, but simply adding those through environment variables does not seem to be recognized. is using rustflags what this error message seem to be indicating?
