Hello, I'm just a rust binary crate user, but I'm wondering if it's possible to determine how a crate binary was installed from just examining/using the binary.

For example, in ~/.cargo/bin there are several binaries. Is it possible to discover if a binary was installed with cargo install ... or cargo +nightly install ...?

... and if it was nightly, which nightly was it?
