I have a question too trivial for Meta: If a new user (rep=1) gets a down-vote on their question, their rep can't go any lower. Is that -5 held in reserve until they get more rep or is it ignored forever? So if they ask another question with 2 UP-votes, will their total rep now be 11 or 6?
It's ignored. If the user receives new upvotes, it will account for the upvote, but the DV will not deduct from the rep.
So: 1 rep -> DV -> UV -> 6 rep
1 rep -> DV -> UV -> un-DV -> DV -> 4 rep
1 rep -> DV -> UV -> DV -> 4 rep as well!

Also, DV on all content are -2. UV on q are +5, on a are +10. Because contributing with helpful answers > contributing with helpful questions (since someone else has to write an answer...)

I need to implement virtual memory for one school project and I'm confused about something. If page fault occurs while working with stack (simple push for example), how and where am I going to save return address if I cannot push?
