there is problem with your http request, trust certificate may be problem

I am getting this type of exception so many and and not fixed case (Not know that when this happen) but there is no any specification that in which class file this exception throws

Context.startForegroundService() did not then call Service.startForeground()

I know that this is service issue but when this crash happen not getting
