I hope this is the right room for something to ask that is not worth bringing up to meta (IMO) ;) I flagged this as not an answer as it in my oppinion only asks for more information to diagnose the problem (and shows a way to obtain these, which is however not a possible solution of the question, the user had sufficiant rep at that point to post a comment if I'm not mistaken)

It's just asking for details, so it should be a comment indeed.

The answer went to the Low Quality Posts queue, and there someone probably chose "Looks Good", that's why it is disputed.

Thought so. I just wanted to be sure that it was appropiate to flag this the way I did.
