In a low-traffic room with a non-focussed topic it is hard to keep a conversation going

But all joking aside, I think you are correct

To drive traffic to this room, we need more discussions here. But to get discussions here, we need to drive traffic to the room...

I try to drop a link now and then on question or answers on meta to the SO Close voters room to keep that one going...that gives me maybe one or two new unique commenters a week...
