Just a little bit. I looked into Bootstrap CSS for some question here at SO, but haven't used it myself.

and was following this datatables.net/blog/Twitter_Bootstrap_2

I learned Bootstrap from the docs at getbootstrap.com/css and trial and error with jsfiddle.net.

but my problem is the previous ,next are not working

I haven't looked into Bootstrap Javascript yet.

From a quick look at the jsfiddle, I cannot see, where you're using datatables.

now suppose from the textfield you erase test

and after that when you click To button

then the 2nd row corressponding to test2 will only be selected

You must split the string at white space and comma and then search through your users table.

Look at jsfiddle.net/LBPB6/37 for the split and select users part. The groups table should go similar.

Put the datatables question in a jsfiddle and you will attract more answerers.

It's hard to setup a complete environment for someone not familiar with your problem.
